The Master of Physician Assistant Studies begins annually in the summer semester, and is divided into approximately 52 semester hours (12 months) followed by 54 semester hours (14 months) of clinical experiences.
Didactic courses are primarily in person with occasional online or asynchronous sessions. Clinical courses are conducted primarily in person, with possible telemedicine experiences in which preceptors are in the room. Behavioral health rotations may be primarily via telemedicine.
All new students begin classes in July.
