Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are accepted via email to somadmis@utmb.edu. If an attendee requests cancellation of their registration, then:
100% refunded if cancelled by December 6, 2019 |
50% refunded if cancelled by December 31, 2019 |
No refunds after January 15, 2020 |
