Our Speaker: Reagan D. Davis, MPAS, PA-C

Reagan D. Davis. MPAS, PA-C  is a physician assistant at The University of Texas Medical Branch in the Department of Otolaryngology and an Adjunct Instructor with the Department of Physician Assistant Studies.  Mr. Davis graduated cum laude from Baylor University – Waco (2014) with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Medical Humanities and briefly taught biology, anatomy and physiology at Deer Park High School.  He graduated from the UTMB physician assistant program in 2018 and soon after, took a position as a physician assistant with UTMB Otolaryngology.  He has been honored as Clinician of the Month by the Academy of Master Clinicians (September 2022), served as chair of the UTMB Advanced Practice Provider Executive Committee, and is a committee/board member on the UTMB Institutional Ethics Committee as well as the UTMB PA Studies Alumni Association Board.  Mr. Davis, as adjunct faculty in the UTMB PA program, supports many administrative and teaching activities including being a frequent guest lecturer/lab instructor, an interviewer for the admissions committee, and clinical year preceptor.  His lectures and clinical rotation assignments are very popular with our students, and the class is enthusiastically looking forward to his keynote address at their white coat ceremony.

Parking: Garage #4 (Mechanic and 12th Streets) – Gates will open at 1 p.m.

North side elevators, #1 & 2, in the William C. Levin Building will be out of order beginning Monday, May 5, 2024, for several months.  Please use the Market Street side elevators.  

Arrival and Seating

There is no limit on the number of guests, and tickets are not required.  Guests are seated on a first-come first-serve basis. Doors will close if maximum capacity is reached. This decision is made by the fire marshal.

UTMB strives to ensure that all students and guests can participate fully in this program. Therefore, any students, family members or guests, who require ADA accommodations, are welcome.  Advanced arrangements should be made to confirm seating. One family member is permitted to sit with each person requiring seating, and they will have assigned seating in a designated place. Other family members and friends will sit in the general assembly.  If you have an accommodation request, email Shirley McGraw at no later than Monday, May 20.
